Resilience Partners, has completed a new investment through its DOCEO Continuation Vehicle, backing the acquisition of Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa (EUDE), a leading company in Spain’s post-graduate sector to bring it to its next stage of growth.
This transaction reinforces Resilience Partners’ strategy of supporting SMEs with solid business models and ambitious long-term plans through flexible financing solutions, while reaffirming its commitment to sustainable societal development through investments that generate long-term social impact. It marks the third investment by Resilience Partners in EUDE since 2017, with the continuation vehicle.
Resilience Partners is backed by leading investors, institutional investors, and Family offices. The transaction has been supported by the European Investment Fund (EIF), part of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Group, through the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), highlighting European institutional confidence in companies with strong growth potential and positive societal impact.
Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Madrid, EUDE is a leading provider of postgraduate education, offering a broad portfolio of programs through online and on-site formats. The institution has expanded its student base and strengthened its presence across key markets, particularly in Latin America and Europe. The investment will support EUDE’s continued development, building on a model that combines accessibility, flexibility, and strong student outcomes, supported by a robust digital platform and an experienced management team led by Miguel Hermida.
From an ESG and impact perspective, the transaction meets Resilience Partners’ internal ESG eligibility and impact criteria, supporting a business that contributes to human capital development by improving access to affordable, high-quality postgraduate education.
