This exit in July 2020 validates Resilience Partners\u2019 strategy of supporting industry leading Spanish SMEs to consolidate and finance its growth plans.<\/p>\n<p>Luis G\u00f3mez Sierra, CEO and shareholder of Jofel, said: \u201cI\u2019m grateful for the continuous support received by Resilience Partners\u2019 team, demonstrating deep understanding of the project since the beginning, which was key for the company\u2019s development and reaching this current stage\u201d. On the other hand, Agust\u00edn Pla, partner of Resilience Partners that has led the transaction added: \u201cThe investment in Jofel is in line with our strategy of supporting solid management teams in industry leaders, with ambitious growth plans, that post investment results in a boost of the company\u2019s next stage of development\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Resilience Partners continues with its solid pipeline, having also financed in February 2020 a Buy &amp; Build process, the growth of PFP Termopol\u00edmeros in June 2020 and recently in August 2020, the acquisition of a company within the Business Services industry.
